Refund policy

Each organization can try Pharon free for 7 days. A payment method is taken at checkout, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the end of the trial and you pay nothing.

If Pharon isn't right for you, ask for a full refund within 30 days of any payment, first or renewal.

• Email support@gitmore.io from your account's address with the organization's name, or
• Find your order at paddle.net (opens in a new tab) with the email you paid with, and request the refund there.

Paddle, our Merchant of Record, refunds the original payment method. It usually appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Payments older than 30 days aren't refunded, including for part of a month, except where the law requires it. You can cancel at any time from Billing, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Upgrades and downgrades are prorated: Paddle charges or credits the difference for the rest of the period. Changes during the trial are free.

This policy doesn't affect your rights as a consumer under the law where you live.
